Our purpose
Food is knowledge.
We believe food carries history. The crops people grow, the dishes they prepare, and the knowledge passed between generations tell stories about migration, survival, creativity, and belonging.
Edible Ethnos creates space for those stories while helping more people feel confident growing and sharing food in their own communities.
